Standard launchpad tiles missing in Launchpad designer

Hi,

We are trying to do a POC for Fiori app "My Purchasing Document Items" and our Basis guys installed the required components "UIEAAP01" front-end. I have activated the service ME2STAR_OD_SRV in our gateway system and have added my user id to role SAP_MM_TCR_T. But when I go into the launchpad designer and try to a add it to the launchpad, I don't see any tiles under bussiness catalog SAP_MM_BC_BUYER. I was expecting to see tiles here as they were delivered as a part of the application. Also I was supervised not to find anything that says "My Purchasing Document Items" in tht Launcpad role UIAPMM01, transactional instance. I was also not able to import SAPUI5 component MM_PURDOC_LIST into WebIDE. Have any of you experienced the same or know what we might be missing here?
