Hi All,
Business wants to use their existing linked universes with SQL Server database tables, they are recently upgraded to BI 4.1. We will be creating some more universes and linking to the existing ones based on the common dimensions and linking on fact tables. Also we need to make use of SQL server aggregated tables (Informatica ETL)
- I want to find out if there is no way of using UNX for the linked universes (I read a few posts that UNX in 4.1 doesn't support linked universes) and if I have to go with UNV in 4.1 would I be using UDT instead of IDT?
- How to create/work with Linked universes in UDT and aggregated tables in SQL Server or in UDT?
- Would the linked universes have any effect on Lumira visualizations such as not being able to publish to BI platform or schedule Lumira documents etc. It would be nice if someone can describe the limitations or suggestions?
I searched through quite a few SCN links such as below and couldn't find nothing that could satisfy my requirement
